Subject: Caffeinated Press Media Kit
During our first encounter, Caffeinated Press expressed interest in increasing awareness of the
organization throughout the West Michigan area. Caffeinated Press is in need of an efficient media
kit that will allow the company to reach all appropriate audiences and spread the word about its
efforts towards cultivating creative, innovative writers. This media kit revolves around Caffeinated
Press’s main objective to get the company’s name, services, and purpose out to the public. Included
you will find a news release, tip sheet, fact sheet, pitch letter, and contact list.
The included news release revolves around the idea of Caffeinated Press as an independent publisher
focused on finding and publishing talented writers and artists from the West Michigan area
specifically. In order to appeal to the West Michigan focus, much emphasis has been put on the
company’s geographic focus. The news release also provides information regarding the services that
the company offers to its customers or authors, along with what type of publications the company
produces and the audiences it appeals to.
The tip sheet includes story suggestions for media outlets to use regarding Caffeinated Press. Story
