To Whom It May Concern:
I am honored to speak on Mr. Lorenzo Ball. I have known him for since freshman
year in High School going on about eight years now. Mr. Ball is a reliable, dedicated and
eternally upbeat person. He possesses the qualities that will make him a wonderful leader. He
multitasks effectively and is able to handle high volume responsibilities.
Mr. Ball is a hard-working self-starter who invariably understands what his purpose is in life and
has shown that through his entrepreneurial endeavors. Mr. Lorenzo is also resourceful, creative,
and solution-oriented person. He functions well as a group leader. He also works effectively as a
group member under the direction of others group leaders.
I have been consistently impressed by both with Lorenzo’s’ attitude towards his performance
academically as well as in extracurricular activities. His interpersonal and communication skills
have allowed his to develop many productive relationships with others. Lorenzo also has the
analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise viable successful solutions being organized,
efficient, and extremely competent and has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. I
certainly believe He has what it takes to make it in any endeavor.
