To whom it my concern,
This letter is to provide you with my personal recommendation for Lloyd Walker Jr. I had
the pleasure of having him work on my team to assist with minimal provider data entry
in our Credentialing Department. Lloyd assisted with entering provider demographics,
education onto our credentialing database. He also assisted with following up on
missing credentials needed for the provider such as CV, updated Malpractice, DEA in
efforts for the Credentialing Specialists to complete the verification process. Lloyd also
assisted with minimal projects and filing.
Lloyd was very dependable, hardworking and dedicated and always willing to learn. He
was always cheerful and had a positive outlook in life and a pleasure to be around.
If I had the opportunity to bring him onboard permanently, I would have. He is definitely
an individual that I would give an opportunity too.
