1. Lloyd Bunyan
► Lloyd has been a partner within EY’s Assurance Services
Division since 2006 and as such focuses on audits of
listed and unlisted companies. He has also been
responsible for leading numerous transaction due
diligence engagements.
► He spent six months working on secondment at Auckland
International Airport Limited (as group financial
controller/CFO) and has more than 25 years experience
auditing either at Arthur Andersen or EY, including five
years spent working in London.
► When in London Lloyd spent 6 months working in the
finance team at Barclays Bank.
► Lloyd is currently the alternate Practice Director within
EYNZ assurance. This is a risk management role
focusing on maintaining the assurance teams compliance
with policies and standards, particularly in higher risk
areas.
► In addition to his audit and transaction due diligence
experience, Lloyd has performed expert witness type
services for other accounting firms.
