Perencanaan adalah esensial karena peranan
perencanaan adalah lebih penting, fungsi
pengendalian, kepemimpinan dan pengawasan
adalah melaksanakan keputusan-keputusan
perencanaan.
3. Perencanaan
Daalam perencanaan, manajer memutuskan “apa” yang
harus dilakukan, kapan melakukannya, bagaimana
melakukannya, dan siapa yang melakukannya.
Perencanaan yang baik dapat dicapai dengan
mempertimbangkan kondisi di waktu yang akan datang
dimana perencanaan dan kegiatan yang diputuskan
akan dilaksanakan.

hambatan
Segala kekuatan dan kelemahan serta kemudahan dan
hambatan perlu diidentifikasi untuk mengukur
kemampuan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan.
Dalam hal ini perlu diketahui lingkungan internal dan
eksternal perusahaan yang dapat membantu organisasi
dalam mencapai tujuan.
