ME
I'm
excited
to
learn
about
how
someone
with
my
profile
can
have
a
significant
impact
in

let
me
tell
you
my
story.
I
started
my
professional
career
as
an
Attorney.
After
years
of
working
in
the
legal
field
in
private
law
firms
and
public
sector,
I
decide
to
go
to
Australia
to
study
a
Master
in
International
Business.
After
finishing
my
studies
in
Australia,
I
decided
to
go
back
to
Venezuela
and
got
selected
to
be
one
of
the
participant
of
the
Reality
TV
show
Survivor
In
the
Patagonia
Argentina,
where
I
not
only
had
a
great
time
but
also
learned
how
reality
Tv
shows
get
done.
I
was
the
last
woman
on
my
team
and
lasted
until
the
end
…
almost
won
hahah.
When
I
got
back
from
this
experience
things
got
more
interesting
when
as
a
hobby,
I
started
venakite.com,
an
online
kitesurfing
community
that
grew
into
a
production
company
that
organized
events,
produced
tv
shows
and
even
earned
distinctions
at
the
MIPTV
Festival
in
Cannes,
France.
From
that
community,
I
learned
that
the
videos
with
the
most
views
belonged
to
two
categories:
videos
showing
amazing
TRICKS
or
videos
with
great
soundTRACKS.
This
simple
classification
led
me
to
start
up
trixandtrax.com,
a
web
content
creator
that
distributes,
across
social
media,
videos
where
high
school
and
college
students
show
their
musical
or
athletic
talent
(think
the
X-­‐Factor
meets
the
X-­‐Games).
To
source
content,
TrixandTrax
partners
with
schools
to
organize
talent
shows
inside
schools
premises.
So
far,
we
have
executed
25
events
with
over
ten
thousand
registered
participants
that
have
resulted
in
more
than
a
thousand
performance
videos.
To
finance
this
operation,
TrixandTrax
pitches
branded
content
deals
to
brands
interested
in
reaching
our
demographics.
To
drive
audience
growth,
TrixandTrax
analyzes
data
from
all
social
media
where
our
content
is
distributed.
This
experience
has
been
a
tremendous
training
ground
that
has
prepared
me
well
to
take
on
even
bigger
challenges.
I’m
looking
for
challenges
where
I
can
get
the
personal
satisfaction
of
working
with
others
and
just
like
I
did
with
young
kids,
encourage
them
to
gain
confidence,
build
on
teamwork
skills,
develop
creative
initiatives
and
lead
others
to
discover
their
talents
and
find
what
they
love
to
do
best.
I
want
to
make
a
difference
in
their
lives.
Being
part
of
this
transformation
is
the
most
rewarding
experience
and
confirms
that
my
purpose
and
what
motivates
me
more
is
helping
others
achieve
their
goals
while
I
keep
on
learning
from
smart
and
creative
people.
