Registration for Bringing Public Health and Primary Care Together: The Practical Playbook National Meeting opened to
the public on Thursday, October 29 and our marketing efforts are now in full swing. As friends and supporters of The Practical
Playbook we encourage you to spread the word about the National Meeting. To make it easier for you to do so, we have
provided the following Ambassador Marketing Toolkit, which includes information about the meeting and why your peers
should attend, as well as sample promotional pieces and language.

2. Meeting Overview
The Practical Playbook’s inaugural National Meeting will be a milestone event towards advancing robust collaborations that
improve population health. It will be a highly interactive meeting, focused on providing practical knowledge and tools to
facilitate collaboration between public health and primary care practitioners and organizations.
By bringing together key stakeholders from across sectors - representing professional associations, community organizations,
government agencies and academic institutions - the National Meeting will help to catalyze a national movement, accelerate
collaborations by fostering skill development; and connect like-minded individuals and organizations to facilitate the exchange
of ideas to drive population health improvement.
