• We all know that our responsibility to ensure that families receive child
    support on a regular basis involves more than monetary support;
    however there is a need for training as to how to provide quality
    emotional, physical and psychological support for children and I think
    that NCSEA should help in that area.

• I would like to see us compliment the excellent technical training that
    NCSEA provides with more personal development training and leadership
    training for our members, especially for middle managers.

• It is important that we examine there are many misconceptions that the
    general public has regarding the child support family. I think that we
    should explore ways to educate the general public as to the value of the
    services that Child Support Program provide to families.
