RUMA is seeking a part-time Kiva Admin to manage RUMA loans on Kiva, including writing stories about borrowers, following up on field data submissions, submitting and reporting on loans. The role requires working at least 2-4 hours per day, either on-site or remotely, to analyze loan data, train field staff, and tell compelling stories about borrowers to attract lenders. Applicants should have a Bachelor's/Diploma, be fluent in English, interested in helping low-income people access loans, and enjoy traveling.

What will you do?if you are:
Managing RUMA loans to Kiva, including
write stories, follow up field data submis-
sion, write agents stories, loan submission,
and report loan repayment to Kiva
Telling RUMA agents stories in an attractive
and meaningful way to attract lenders
Analysis data loan submission to Kiva, to
know the problems – prevent loans to be
expired
Training field staff to collect good and
proper data from the field
You are required to work at the office at least
once in two weeks
A Bachelor/Diploma graduate
Interested to help low income
poeple to get loans from Kiva
Interested to do meaningful work
for the society
Willing to spend at least 2-4
hours per day doing office
works, either on-site or remotely
A person who loves travelling
Fluent in English both
writing and speaking
