Creativity is the main resource for the development of future citizens welfare, that is the ability of people to be proactive, to enter the market using its ability to invent, rather than following existing patterns. The project for the smart city starts from people. In agreement with the European strategy for 2020, it aims to a creative, inclusive and sustainable growth. Inclusion in necessary cause only an equally developed society can take the maximum out of its human potential. Sustainable growth is the passage from a carbon based to a zero carbon economy and the environmental and human health protection of the future generations. Creative growth is the creation of a knowledge economy based on interaction between people and governors.
