Universities have their own resources and research equipment and can contribute to the development of key areas of science and culture. These higher education institutions can provide training for students in all scientific degrees
COLLEGESThey offer relatively shorter and professionally-oriented training. These are the former semi-higher institutes, which underwent varioustransformations. Most colleges are part ofuniversities and use their facilities andequipment.
