This document provides instructions for using Microsoft Office Access 2003, including how to run the program, start a new database, make a new table, save a table, make a new query, and make a new form. To run the program, click Start and find Microsoft Office Access 2003. To start a new database, click File then New. To make a table, click Create Table in Design View and add data fields. To save a table, click Primary Key and Close. To make a query, click Queries then Create Query in Design View and add tables. To make a form, click Forms then Create Form Using Wizard and follow the wizard steps to select fields and layout.

• Click “Blank database”.
• Then, click “Create.

• Then, a new table will appears, and just put a data that you want to put.
• Choose which one that you want to put a data in the table
• Example: -Name
-Age
-Birth date
-Birth Place
-Score

• Before you close and save your table,
don’t forget to click “Primary Key”.
• Then, click “close” icon.
• If the role is asking you, click “yes”.

6. How to make a new Query?How to make a new Query?
• Click “Queries” right the bottom under the “Tables”
button.
• Then, click “ Create query in Design view” to create your
new query.
• A new “Show table” will appears.
• Then, click “Add” to choose
• And it will appear like this.

7. • Before you close the query, don’t forget to
save your query and click “Yes”
• And rename it and click “OK”.

8. How to make a Forms?How to make a Forms?
• Click “Forms” and click “Create form by using wizard” button.
• Form Wizard will appear and select the form and click 2 arrow icon.
• After you move the form, click “next”.
• Select the layout and choose one the circle without point. (Ex: Columnar)
• And click “Next”

9. • Select the style that you want to choose. (Ex: Blends).
• Click “Next”.
• If the “Form Wizard” appears, gave a title of the form and
choose the “open the form to view or enter information”
circle.
• And click “Finish”.
