Currently, no shows

Although we have a
general idea as to
where pop originated
and what it refers to

3. KEY
FEATUR
ES
Pop songs are generally
catchy, melodic tunes,
often repetitive phrases
or riffs will make up the
main part of a song.
They are generally no
longer than 5 minutes
long and combine
rhythms that are
“orientated around
dance” and therefore
energetic in an attempt
to please a wide range of
people. The more people
enjoy the song, the more

Due to their music being popular, pop artists
set the style for the modern age. This places
a great responsibility on their shoulders to
wear the right trends and not dissuade their
fan base from idolising them any longer.
Their clothes will be stylish and make a
statement, but it’s got to be the right one!
Their popularity relies as much on their dress
sense as it does on their music.
