The success of HqO’s internal workplace experience
app development gives our employees greater access

The Process
Earlier this year, we asked Leesman, an HqO
company, to run an independent assessment to better
understand how well our workplace was serving our
employees, and where we needed to improve. After
that internal assessment, we decided to enhance
the way that we use our technology at HqO offices
worldwide. Our implementation team led us on a
weeks-long, discovery, implementation, and launch
process to set up the HqO Workplace Experience App
for our unique needs—just as they do for other clients.
Based on Leesman’s initial input, we decided that we
wanted to use the HqO Platform to:

2. Improve HqO employees’ overall
