released an internal workplace experience platform
to better serve the needs of our own workforce.
This isn’t the first time that we’ve used our technology
at our own offices, but the release of this platform
means that we’re now using our technology in a way
that gives every employee a new level of insight into
the needs and experiences of our customers. It also

The Results
HqO successfully launched its product to its own employees,
and achieved its goals of implementing an app that would
create seamless connections across its global offices.
Here are a couple of the major successes that the app
and platform produced:
» 87% of employees downloaded the app within
24 hours
» This means that employees can now access
content and capabilities within the app, such as:
» Workflows that allow visitors to each HqO
office location to register themselves and
seamlessly engage with the app
» Company and office information, all in
one spot (such as workplace events, HqO
newsletters, birthdays, perks, promotions,
and more)
» A “Request WX Help” feature that allows
employees to submit requests through the
app, while also tracking common requests
for future planning
» Tools that allow employees to submit
ratings and feedback on an ongoing basis
to improve their workplace experience;
already, several requests have led to the
implementation of employee-favorite foods,
drinks, and snacks in the office
» The ability to directly share photos and
feedback from HqO and customer events
» The ability to nominate teammates for
company awards and kudos
The success of HqO’s internal workplace experience
app development gives our employees greater access
to important tools and information. It also gives
every employee a new, important perspective on the
experiences of our customers, which allows us to deliver
added value for everyone we serve.
The Process
Earlier this year, we asked Leesman, an HqO
company, to run an independent assessment to better
understand how well our workplace was serving our
employees, and where we needed to improve. After
that internal assessment, we decided to enhance
the way that we use our technology at HqO offices
worldwide. Our implementation team led us on a
weeks-long, discovery, implementation, and launch
process to set up the HqO Workplace Experience App
for our unique needs—just as they do for other clients.
Based on Leesman’s initial input, we decided that we
wanted to use the HqO Platform to:
1. Create a bridge between workers in
different physical locations
2. Improve HqO employees’ overall
workplace experience
3. Help us continue to attract and retain
the best talent
Weeks after the launch of the app, we’ve been
successful in meeting these objectives, which has
improved the value of the HqO workplace experience
for everyone on the team.
