Liam completed a work placement at the Wooldale Centre for Learning from March to April 2014. During his time there, Liam was an enthusiastic and committed addition to the PE department staff. He undertook responsibilities like leading parts of lessons he was confident in and researching for lessons he was less confident in. Liam continually sought to improve and often asked questions. The letter writer believes Liam has the potential to become a great PE teacher.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Liam completed a work based placement at the school during March and April 2014. Liam was an
enthusiastic and committed addition to the team. Liam undertook a number of responsibilities during
his time with us and increased in confidence as the placement progressed.
Liam led sections of lessons where confident and had a good rapport with the students he worked
with. Liam planned sections of lessons and researched information where he was less confident. Liam
was continually looking to improve and often asked questions about how to deal with certain situation
etc. Liam was also attached to a tutor group which saw him complete organisational tasks and again
he developed a good rapport with his tutor group.
Liam has the potential to become a great PE teacher and I am pleased that he is considering this as a
profession.
