USER RESEARCH
Esme is a young, single professional living and working in London. She
works long hours and is often tired when she gets home. She likes to
spend her free time relaxing and seeing new places with friends. She’s
conscious of her disposable income and doesn’t count pennies, but nor is
she frivolous.
She has friends across the country from university and takes the train or
jumps into a car with friends when she visits them. Splitting the fare
really helps, but trying to organise and coordinate people is a challenge!
She’s a liberal brought up in a conservative family. Her parents always
taught her to be aware of ‘stranger danger’.

of booking and organising a trip ensuring maximum safety
and comfort as well as value for money and flexibility falls
into the top priorities of users when booking. Give them a
way to explore cheaper options while ensuring safety and
security.
Car pooling presents a heightened awareness of users safety.
