2. Why I Chose a New Documentary Title
I wanted a topic I was genuinely interested in and could get
behind fully no longer found the previous choice on education
interesting and so I felt that I would not have been able to
produce a professional well put together documentary and
ancillary on the topic.
I have chosen a more opinion dividing and controversial topic
of “Brexit” I am into politics and will enjoy creating a
documentary on this topic.

4. From the previous image you can see that I started with two
main focuses politics and sports. I wanted to go down the rout
of are we pushing the young generation too hard and
effectively grooming them for the Olympics, I did like the idea
of this however it would have been broad with no real focus.
The filming would have been hard to do as well with consent
forms if I wanted to include footage of children playing sports.
My second idea was politics and this naturally lead me to a
recent topic that being Brexit.
5. It looks a bit rough however this was my initial
idea plan for going down the rout of politics with
my documentary. I had to narrow my ideas down
so I have a more specific point of interest.
As you can see I eventually settled on the impact
on the UK and the divide in peoples opinions.
6. What Next?
I need to create a story board that comprises of various shots, angles and most
importantly a narrative to my documentary.
I need to find and decide on locations to film in.
I need actors so I can use them for interviews, but also get contacts that can
actually be interviewed so I can have a real word approach to the documentary.
