Supervise 5-15sprinklerfitters/manpowerloading
Prepare weeklyschedulinginaccordance withworkinprogress
Prepare manpowerloadingplansbasedonworkinprogressandanticipatedstartand stopdates
Prepare projectupdates(monthly) tokeepoffice staff uptodate on eachproject
Followupwithapprenticeshiprequirementsforanyapprentice currently employedasrequiredbythe
JATC
Supervise shopanddeliveryoperations
Use stockmaterial where itisavailable/logical todoso
Qualifications
Knowledgeof personnel managementandprojectmanagement
Knowledgeof Fire Sprinklers/NFPA codes
Able toclearlycommunicate systeminstallationdetailstoowners,general contractorsandinstalling
sprinklerfitters
Proficiencyinthe use of computersfor:
Word processing
E-mail
Internet(includingonlineplan/projectmanagementservicessuchasPlangrid,PRZMat the U of I,
Buzzsawand Dropbox,mostprogramshave online training)
Adobe acrobatreaderfor submittalsandinformationexchange
General computerskills,filemanagement,printing,etc.
