9. Step 3 – On the same tab
you can input your
company address.
Hit save changes once done
10. Step 5 – Now click the
preferences tab
Step 6 – Select the relevant
regional settings.
Step 7 – Select any tax which you
are liable to include (such as VAT)
Step 8. If you want to have the
option to get the invoice settled
in PayPal enter your PayPal email
address.
11. Step 9 – Now click the templates
tab
Step 10 – Input your footer detail
which should include how you
want the invoice settled.
Step 11 – Then complete the
email template which will be sent
with the invoice.
Step 12. You can even state how
you would like an overdue
reminder to look.
12. Step 12 – Set up the client you wish to pay. Click on
“clients” at the top and then select “add client”.
13. Step 13 – Add the details of your
client. Click “save changes”
15. Step 14: Click the invoices tab and then click
“add invoice”
16. Step 15: Select the relevant details for your
invoice, then click advanced options.

Four key fields:
1. Select tax rate if applicable.
2. Select Yes to allow PayPal if you
want the customer to be able to pay
through PayPal.
3. Select Yes to reminders if you
want reminders to be sent out.
4. If it is a recurring invoice, select
yes to that option, you can then
select how frequently you would like
it sent.

Add the invoice item

you want a copy of it for your

Hit send to client, check the
email, then press send invoice.
21. You will now see that amount outstanding on
your dashboard.
22. Clicking on the invoices tab, you will now see
the invoice we have just issued.
28. We have now added 6 more invoices, we
want to show you how easy it is to download
a report of the invoices you have raised.
29. We have now raised 4 invoices, two are paid, two are unpaid.
Step 1: To store this information for your accounts press
“Export to CSV”
30. This downloads an excel file, with all the details you could ever possibly
need, which you can keep for your records (In the below image I have had to
hide some of the columns in order to fit it on the screen).
