1. Data of 40 customers having
account in different banks
depends on there preferences.
2. 45% people prefers online
banking- manage your cash flow
more effectively
3. 27.5% people use branch visiting,
they find difficulties in online
banking.
4. 35.7% people don’t have a faith
on internet service when point
comes on managing their money.
5. ATM service cover the largest
market service in banking
industry
6. People use online banking
services for paying bills, money
transfer,
