Dear Ms. Price,
I would like to extend my appreciation for your extraordinary efforts over the summer on a variety of
important projects. I especially want to thank you for your work on our social media, recruitment and
Dunwoody Press efforts.
Your expertise and experience were instrumental in developing and proposing a social media campaign
in support of AECOM recruiting and branding efforts. Your presentation to senior AECOM personnel
was professional, polished, and effective. We have already seen benefits from your work both internally
and externally.
Your support for our recruitment efforts was wide-ranging and critical to our success. In researching the
centers of linguistic excellence across U.S. universities and colleges you have provided us with a virtual
roadmap for future recruiting efforts. Your writing and organizational skills were essential to helping us
establish language testing procedures and protocols to support a bid exceeding $100 million dollars in
potential revenue.
Your work updating and managing the records for our commercial library of linguistic books will
facilitate the growth and execution of that enterprise. You accurately and efficiently fulfilled orders,
handling all the administrative aspects necessary to accomplish the task.
In addition to these noteworthy efforts, I would like to thank you for supporting AECOM’s growing
internship program by surveying the interns to collect ideas for advertising, improvements in the
program, and celebrating success. AECOM’s internship program is better for your efforts.
In sum, your summer internship at AECOM has been highly successful and your initiative, innovation,
