PRESTIGIOUS DEVELOPMENT
Grove Villas, London
This pair of Georgian style townhouses is located on one of Highgate’s most historic and prestigious roads. Our regular
client, Octagon, commissioned us to take care of every element of the extensive interiors, including the space planning
and the specification of both the hard surfaces and soft furnishings.
In a departure from Octagon’s customary style of property, these houses comprise six storeys with a central glass lift. With
five bedrooms, a cinema, and a gym, this property represents the ultimate London family home.
Taking the classical proportions of a townhouse, our brief was to lighten, brighten and open the space to create maximum
impact. Of course, our client also required us to achieve the highest specification and finish within the periametres.
-8- -9-
MASTER BEDROOM:To retain a sense of space, a limited neutral colour palette and structured bed
treatment were chosen. However, large scale bedside lamps and a tall headboard bring about the
sort of grandeur that is always a requirement of this client.
DRAWING ROOM: Flashes of memorable ultraviolet punctuate the neutral scheme
of the contemporary Drawing Room in which we created for a sense of classic harmony.
-10- -11-
CINEMA ROOM:Warm golds and strong jewel colours inspire and entice. Despite its
large size, cosiness abounds in the Cinema Room. It is the perfect den for a movie night
or casual party.
GYM:The spaciousness of the gym is enhanced by the use of copious mirrors across all walls and
even onto the double doors. Dark timber flooring creates a smart, masculine style.

This grand mansion was developed by Octagon in the Totteridge Conservation Area. Comprising 21,630 square feet and
built in the Georgian style, Cavendish House is magnificent and a testimony to classically inspired house building in the
21st century. Indeed, with 8 bedrooms, 5 reception rooms, an indoor pool, cinema, gym, and wine room, the ultimate
buyer profile of such a home will clearly a highly successful successful entrepreneur befitting of this exquisite residence.
The developer has its finger on the pulse and, in many ways, sets the bar in terms of house building and sophisticated
interiors. When delivering the interior schemes, we bring these values to life for our client. In particular, we recognised
the need to engage with the “Building for Life 12” industry standard for well-designed homes.
This house was constructed with a concrete frame, requiring our input from the outset as once cast it cannot be changed
owing to structural integrity. From the magnificent double-height marble entrance lobby with cascading chandelier to the
sanctuary of the elegant library and study area. The character of this house is truly palatial.
PRESTIGIOUS DEVELOPMENT
Cavendish House, London
CAVENDISH HOUSE:The spectacular
Georgian-style mansion is set in 3 acres of
private landscaped grounds and approached
via a long drive.
-14- -15-
LIBRARY / STUDY:The many magnificent details of this space, which extends over two floors via an
internal staircase, begin with a parquet floor made to a bespoke design, continue with wall to wall
joinery, and are completed with the striking fabrics chosen for the soft furnishings.
-16- -17-
‘HIS’ BATHROOM:The dark colours and strong natural patterning of theVelluto Marble used across
the floor and walls of this majestic bathroom have great impact.
MASTER BEDROOM:The remarkable dimensions of the Master Bedroom called for strong design
statements and smart use of scale. Lit both above and below, the bed structure created a “room
within a room” that appears to float in the central area.
-18- -19-
KITCHEN:The character of this kitchen is created by the deliberate combining of the
large scale marble pattern on the floor with the smaller scale marble pattern of the island.
All surfaces chosen are lustrous, resulting in a sumptuous style.
POOL: Surrouded by glass on three sides, there is a sense of flow around the pool and bar area.
Columns adorned with split face marble and lit from below become a grand, classical feature and
frame the garden aspect.
-20- -21-
LIFT: Of the two incorporated
into the house, this lift allows the
homeowner to move swiflty from
the Lower Ground Floor to theTop
Floor.We worked with a specialist
home lift company to find the
perfect solution.
CLOAKROOM:
Choosing state-of-
the-art tapware, the
Guest Cloakroom
was styled to
impress.
-22- -23-
CINEMA ROOM:We chose racy leopard skin wallcovering in the Cinema Room to bring further
character to the story of the house. Formal home cinema seating brings ultimate comfort for film
viewing.

A longstanding relationship with prestigious British property developer, Octagon, has brought about our thorough
understanding of the style and quality of their homes. Octagon trusts us to remain true to its multiple-award-winning
brand.
Given the exacting standards of their hi-tech, contemporary properties, it is little wonder that so many aspire to own an
Octagon home. Located in the prime commuter belt, the seven-bedroom development at Loom Lane in Radlett was
marketed to Britain’s elite club of super prime luxury buyers.
Octagon approached us with the brief to create memorable but elegant interiors at the highest level of luxury. Yet high
expectations did not end with matters of style: with the property being spread over three floors, it was important to deliver
a solution that was practical and versatile too.
PRESTIGIOUS DEVELOPMENT
Loom Lane, Radlett
DRAWING ROOM: Pin-pointed light sources
fall on the reflective surfaces of chosen
accessories to create drama and highlight focal
points in the Drawing Room.
-26- -27-
HALLWAY AND STAIRCASE: The hallway sets
the scene for a dazzling home: a waterfall of the
finest crystal throws prisms of light around the
double height space.
FAMILY ROOM: We travel far and wide to find
the most original accessories and works of art.
Creating a sense of theatre, the Family Room is
dominated by Native American art.
-28- -29-
LIGHTING: The lighting control system generates a variety of different scenes and moods in the
same space. Where lighting is concerned, compliance with regulations such as the Code
for Sustainable Homes is of primary concern.

RESIDENTIAL“We were delighted with the results! A complete focus on
detail and a great mix of colour, furniture, and fabrics
delivered wonderful style and comfort.”

RIVERSIDE HOME
Marlow, Bucks
This 4-storey town house near Marlow town centre is set within extensive grounds; one glimpses the lush greenery of
Buckinghamshire through the traditional sash windows of the property.
Our clients, a couple, were retiring from their lives as eminent business people and looking for the opportunity to downsize
from their previous property. Having worked with us on their previous home projects, the clients approached us with a
brief for a contemporary London look, comfort being paramount. With this in mind, we were careful to consider their
particular lifestyle requirements, and we set about creating a scheme to delight.
Working alongside the clients’ own building contractor, the finished result was a modern interior that was harmonious
and easy to live in.
DINING AREA: The dining area occupies an
open plan space leading on to the Sitting
Room, making it perfect for hosting guests.
The new contemporary fireplace anchors the
scheme and is echoed in the lines of the smart,
tall joinery.
-34- -35-
SITTING ROOM: Contemporary swag curtains lend both softness and elegance to the
lounge area. In a white wool fabric, their exquisite drape hits a note of luxury.
SITTING ROOM: Accessories allow for a little fun and personality. We are happy to provide as
much assistance as the client requires in the choosing of them.
-36- -37-
MASTER
BEDROOM: A soft
colour palette of
blues and neutrals
creates a soothing
atmosphere in the
Master Bedroom
while pendant
lights are put to an
unusual use over the
bedsides tables.
MASTER BEDROOM:An occasional
corner to enjoy a book or the
bespoke art, which was sourced
to fit the decorative scheme of
the room. Sky blue velvet soft
furnishings gently lift the mood.
-38- -39-
“The choice and detailing of finishes, together with your
furniture selection, all combine to give a great sense of
space and luxury. You have done a marvellous job.”
COMMERCIAL
-40-
Our commercial clients range from individual entrepreneurs to larger corporations. They may hail from the Home
Counties, from Central London, or beyond.
With experience creating interior schemes for hotel rooms and suites, bars, clubs, and restaurants, we relish the unique
opportunity for more flamboyant design that these commercial projects allow, while remaining in line with the particular
regulations relevant to such work.
HOTELS, BARS, CLUBS RESTAURANTS
London and Abroad
SOHO BAR (Left):The owner of this bar asked us to design a space “under the arches” in Soho.
Amidst the wild frivolity of the area, the brief was to create a bar based on solid, traditional values.
We manufactured the long bar from pewter and set it off against a classic mosaic floor.
COUNTRY PUB (Right):We were approached to redecorate a small country pub just
outside Henley on a “shoestring” budget. Being comfortable working at various pricing levels, we got
creative. For example, we chose the best pages of the local paper to cover the chimney breast.

NIGHTCLUB: In the main bar area, the ever-changing settings of coloured lights produce an exciting
environment in which to dance the night away.
NIGHTCLUB: JJ Whispers is a buzzing nightclub with four bars and Karaoke. We used vibrant finishes
to suit the amibence.
-44- -45-
KARAOKE BAR:The silhouette of
a young female singer emblazoned
across the glass entrance leads
aspiring pop stars into their booth
for the evening.
KARAOKE BAR: No visit is
the same owing to the different
design features in each booth. Here,
an unusual wallcovering featuring a
Japanese lady sets an exotic tone.
-46- -47-
HOTEL BATHROOM: In this 5
star hotel, we brought together an
exciting combination of tile finishes
to provide an uplifting experience
for the hotel guest: pearlescent
blue mosaic with illuminated niche,
ceramic wall tiles, and marble
flooring flowing from the Hallway.
APRÈS-SKI BAR:The art nouveau
architecture of this Chamonix bar
was used as a springboard to create
a lively yet stylish environment.
