the motivation and engagement of
employees and the satisfaction of customer and other

Ms. Moreira started her career by working as training
coordinator for parenthood association, moved
on to become an international Trainer, Coach and
public speaker as well as HR consultant for several
multinational companies across UK and Portugal. Ms
Moreira holds a bachelors Degree from Universidade
Autonoma de Lisboa in business and work Psychology.
Trained in Design and Evaluation of Training Sessions
from America Institute of Commercial Studies and
obtained training for Trainers in intercultural Learning.
She is also a Qualified Learning & Development
Practitioner from CIPD ( Chartered Institute for
Personnel and Development UK ).

This course will provide HR mangers and practitioners
with the told and knowledge to carry out Resource
Planning at a strategic level for their organization. The
