The main idea is the flow is not following defined cronological order, but keeping the cycle of Align, Share, Inputs in every session. Align! Share Inputs
Mood and Theme As our main expectation from a Change Agent is Action, that's what we expect from the Alumni.  But we can't not force them to action after being in AIESEC: we believe they're free and able to draw their way. That's why our objectives are steps previous to action, which we expect as a consequence: connection, engagement and motivation. In order to insure the success of the previous objectives and, as a consequence, action: what else could we do?
Mood and Theme Mood:   Nostalgy. Remind the good old days and what made you keep enjoying participation. How can us still take profits of this? The SWOT would define the track identity.
