Professional Experience Summary
Over 20 years of hands-on experience in component level replacement as well as building,
loading and configuring Personal Computers with DOS, Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000
Professional, XP Professional and Windows NT, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Over 4
years’ experience implementing BCS3 into Battalion level operations.
Over 11 years of experience with ABS systems in Garrison, Field, and Combat conditions.
(MAR 2003 – FEB 2044), as part of the S3, as well as providing simulations as an
instructor.
Worked as a Uniformed Military Instructor from AUG 2006 – FEB 2014.
Trained personnel one the use of BCS3 to track shipments, generate reports, and conduct
briefings. (SEP 2010 – FEB 2014).
Was the first BCS3 operator to successfully configure the BCS3 node management
system to the REL ROK SIPER network on the peninsula. (AUG 20013)
● Created overlays using the Joint Effects Model (JEM) of CBRN contaminated areas, sent
them through CPOF via the pass server to the BCS3 Node Management, which enabled
eyes on of contaminated shipments in a field environment. (AUG 2013)

AUG 2008 – March 2014: BCS3/ Node Management Operator, WMD Specialist, CBRN
Supervisor, Master Driver Republic of Korea, and Joint Base Lewis McCord
● Configured TCP/IP on the BCS3/Node management to operate in both garrison
and field conditions.
● Assisted the S1, S3, S4 in generating reports and briefings using the BCS3
● Used the REL ROK SIPER network to bring across graphics from the CPOF to
the Node management system to show activity in areas of on going shipments
● Provided Strategic, Planning, Operational, and Technical consequence
management, emergency management, and weapons of mass destruction
information to Joint Operations

measures.

trained and managed the fielding of new CBRN equipment, monitored all CBRN
training and ensured the coordination of logistical support for the battalion's
chemical defense equipment.

Training Center rotations and one rotation to the Joint Readiness Training Center
