Selling new and used vehicles that fits a customer’s needs and wants as well as
selling financing, insurance and paint products. Demonstrating vehicles and writing
up sales contacts. Converting clients into new vehicles from drive through.
Negotiating terms of sales and closing deals. Delivering vehicles and following up
with customers. Reporting to Sales Manager on reviews and activities.

Sales Manager
Set monthly goals for the dealership as a whole as well as creating targets for sales
teams. Performed interviews for various positions, hired and trained staff. Created
an incentive driven pay and reward, based on customer satisfaction. Stocking in
vehicles and creating receipts using a program called PBS. Performing appraisals on
trade in vehicles as well as setting price points on trade in vehicles and newly
purchased vehicles using Black book as well as V-Auto and using Carproof to check
history of vehicles. Utilized strategies that increased business monthly, instead of
unpredictable monthly results.
