schedule and resolve conflicts. Significantly improved student attendance rate to over 90%.

Designed 7 HTML5 tutorials to instruct students on how to use the resources of the Dickinson Library.
Created scripts, recorded audio, and edited tutorials using Audacity and Adobe Captivate. Made weekly
presentations to the library staff to receive feedback.
Camp Director, Educational Program for Vietnamese Students, Hanoi, Vietnam Mar. – Aug. 2013
Coordinated 30 volunteers to organize three summer camps in Hanoi. Tripled the number of participants to
over 350 secondary school students. Expanded the program to Ho Chi Minh City.
