• Coates Staff will hang the poster.
You Need Resources and Trinity Has Them
• Be mindful of all of the items you may need: Trash cans? Podium and
microphone?
• There is a whole range of resources available, peruse the list to be sure you
haven’t forgotten anything.
Quick Tips
• There should only be 1 T-Space coordinator per group
• Choose the proper scheduler…or it falls down the rabbit hole
• Athletic spaces take 4-6 weeks to confirm
• Great Hall and Holt Center MUST have a Faculty or Staff advisor present
• Athletic events require a risk management plan approval before a

Editor's Notes

  1. How many of you have used T-Space before? Last semester? Last year?
  2. All of these things must be compiled because it will make it easier for you when the reservation is being created. In fact, I’d suggest that you plan out your whole semester and put in requests for events that you know you plan on having…regular meetings, special dance in April, Sorority or Fraternity gathering…
