40 Hour Salon Prep Certification. This certificationcoversprofessional behavior,networking,
salonbusinessskillsanddress. Thiscourse coversthe insandouts of businessetiquette,
consultations,salonpricing,online schedulingandaddresseshow tomanage salontechnology
apps andsocial mediaeffectively.The programfocusesoncivilityinthe workplaceandsalon
manners.Topicswill be coveredfromstationetiquette,email etiquette,phone etiquette,social
mediaetiquette,webpresenceandbusiness/personal branding. Thiscourse will helpthe
participantbuildaprofessionalimage andagrowingnetwork.
