• INTRODUCTION
• lThe transformations in Philippine education brought about by a
rapidly changing world and society, required adjustment in the
curriculum and pedagogy. In doing so, shifts in government policies,
school guidelines and other laws requiring teachers, students and
other personnel to be knowledgeable and skillful with have to be
implemented, coupled with a heightened accountability to properly
manage an institution of learning.
• The management of school legal matters that impact on the policies
and practices of teachers, students and school personnel are to be
explored in this module.
