The following is a summary and brief elucidation of the activities that
shall be provided to the client by LCmedia Productions & Design
Studio. The document is portioned and dimidiated into the following:

The agenda of social media activation:
Create social media pages as specified
Build community of Your BRAND on the social media platforms
Share relevant data ,facts ,links to YOUR PRODUCTS`s specifics and it`s
instruments
Doubling fan count through aggressive promotion
Reaching out to the target audience and engaging them on the brand
page of the client.
Plan of action
Primary activity: Building community in social networks
The focus of the yearlong activation will be to build a community that
actively interacts with consumers brand on topics pertaining to industry! We
would be running targeted Facebook Ads specific to geographies in concern
to support & propagate your Brand in tier I, II, III cities in general or to
specific locations as per your recommendations.
Type of posts during this period
1. Posts, videos and digital creatives done by our team
2. Posts informing users about various campaigns and upcoming contests
3. Generic posts that are found appealing to the tastes of various people
on social media
4. Interactive questions and quizzes
5. Interactive campaigns that excite people
3. Please note that only 20% of content posted will be directly related to the
client`s brand during this period to ensure that we give audiences more of
general content & to maintain minimal level of hard selling
Also it will be virtually impossible for us to post updates only after taking
permissions from your end always unless it is a technical/customer query.
The best practice is to keep a tab on post during the two month period and
suggests dos & do nots on the go.
However any creative, blogs, videos will be made are mandatory to be
moderated from your end before we post it.
Operational Plan
Once we commence our activity we will assign an accounts manager &
Operations manager for your account who will be the point of contact for
anything in regard with the activations.
Likewise it is advisable to have a single point contact in terms of moderating
content prepared by us & also to make suggestions on the go about the type
of contents posted on the pages.
Also all creative content already done & made to be shared time to time &
also any particular updates about brands like news, pr releases to be shared
to our team too.
Technical/Customer Queries
We suggest that a person is assigned to handle any special queries that might
arise other than the info already passed to us from your end.
4. Reports & Moderations
Weekly reports will be sent by the Operational Manager about the
activations & progress.
Also creative/content will also be sent for moderation before posting them.
External Advertisement & Digital Presence
We will in our part suggest suitable digital campaigns other than on social
media platforms. However, on account of a call already being made we
request you to put our opinions on the loop too.
