This webinar discusses sharing faith and values with the Millennial generation. It begins with welcoming the participants and noting that the webinar leaders want to have an open discussion. The webinar then discusses how churches, faith communities, and individual mentors can help share their faith with Millennials in a way that encourages personal reflection rather than assuming beliefs. The webinar suggests beginning relationships by asking questions in a spirit of grace and hope.

The intent of a therapeutic behavior can be good, but it doesn’t work on a spiritual level. The focus needs to be on what God has done for us, and our reaction to it. For mosaics the emphasis is on them and having their needs met.
