The Civil Association is a juridical figure by means of which two or more persons,
decide to formalize and to develop a common licit end, which does not have a
preponderantly economic character. It is regulated by the arranged in the articles
2670 to 2687 of the Civil Code of the Federal District.
Throughout the time there have been several affiliations that have helped the
humanity and that even are still current in our such days like it is Greenpeace, The
Red Cross between others. These affiliations help great our society and it is there
where we can relate this project to the matter of sociology.
This Association has helped very much in the aspect with that support great the
people or in other cases they protect some place. These affiliations must always be
so that this way we could trust that these affiliations will always be there when less
we wait for it or we need to resort to them or because not to be a part of them.
Our civil Association finds in the category community development in the thematic
axis and we base on the population of Acapulco, in the persons who look for an
employment and who regrettably never find work, be already because they do not
want or because there is no economic solvency in our country, or also there
happens the case at which the majority of the adolescents or the young people
who studies a mastery or licentiate ends up by being employed of windshield wiper
or of lava dishes or baths, our proposal is to give this opportunity to all these
applicants by means of practical classes of engineering, plumbing, carpentry, seam
and basic things so that at the same time we place them in employments of

2. companies that reside at present, all this on the part of the government, and we it
would propitiate by means of propaganda and publicity to go in every corner of the
city and in the mountains or hills of Acapulco, where a population exists up to
illiterate and not suitable for studies, so that they cheer up to enter this affiliation,
also we would use the publicity as way to propose to our workpeople, to
companies as walmart, oxxo, it superama, where they request electrical,
carpenters, who have an office so that this way at the same time that we help the
population, they help between them and at the same time they support to the
whole economy of the municipality. Like that using the publicity, announcing our
employees and workpeople for any community service.
In Acapulco as other places, there are many social problems as the
unemployment. Also we all know that our state occupies one of the last places
inside the national economy, and that reverberates in that our port, it is not a
suitable place, in which all the persons find employment. All this economic
situation, it is going to influence negatively the satisfaction of the needs of the
families acapulqueñas, like that they turn out to be affected in some of them,
actions as sending his children to a good school, satisfying his food needs and the
same happens with the medical services.
On the other hand the INEGI thinks that 57 per cent of the unoccupied population

What in our community acapulqueña needs they are leading and ruling persons
who want and desires to work to have a better future, acapulqueños that impel to
the port to have an outstanding economy. Also the desire to help neither the

accesses to qualify and to have an office.
Acapulco as tourist city needs attention, supports and effective stimuli for his best
development and use, it is already improving his infrastructure of hotels,
restaurants or the emergence of new companies faced to the tourism and
organizations where they give work to persons who need it.
With the support of civil affiliations and institutions belong already to the
government or private roads, the young people acapulqueños what they are
prepared to obtaining an employment would have a better way of life with
opportunities of housing and services, this way it will improve his standard of living

we can apply to the governor Angel Aguirre support for the value of our Civil
Partnership and financially able to prove all requirements and contingencies that

4. The creation of a civil association is not easy, should be planned in detail, all the
elements that comprise it are of great importance, from the tiniest to the most
relevant.
The EMI (Employment Municipal Institute) is our association's mission is, is first to
build the edifice of our association, but what will end? Well we think, plan, organize
this organization to train this group of people who are in our town that unfortunately
do not have a job, more unfortunate still do not know to develop one. This opens a
variety of workshops where men and women who are between 20 to 45 years can
learn how to develop the most important thing to maintain. The project's main

Churches support these institutions because that is how to help others and is a
way of showing love we are called to give without expecting anything in return,for
example our institution is very interesting because we support people in different
ways and give them new knowledge and learning so they can move forward and in
the future to work with a trade that will open doors in different places besides all
this without receiving anything in instead, without any economic benefit, but have
the benefit and satisfaction of helping the needy.
Faith is active in love, love for justice in relationships and social structures.
It is in grateful response to God's grace in Jesus Christ that this church carries out
its responsibility for the welfare of society. Therefore it is in favor of good relations
with society and the church thanks God for the blessings in creation and prays to
be empowered to carry out the will of God in society.

6. God works through the family, education, economics, status, and other structures
necessary for life in the present age, to keep in touch with society and know each
of the needs of people and thus help supporting institutions and policies that serve
the common good, and work with and learn from others in the care and the
transformation of global society.
As a prophetic presence, the church has an obligation to name and denounce the
idols worshiped by the people, identify the power of sin present in social structures
and support the poor people with hope and power.
The church has an institutional dimension. The church must ensure that its own
corporate life, your relationships with other institutions, and their efforts to influence
the society are governed by the law of God, express their identity, and serve its
mission.
