The three attributes you as an employer are looking for: 1) Be there. Be on time and you know I will be
there. 2) Be teachable. Learn, be a sponge and become a value to the organization. 3) Buy in. Buy
into what the organizations goals and objectives are. As a person who has hired and fired individuals,
these three facets are by far the most important. From being a person managed to a person who
managed, I have proven to bring the three attributes above every day.
EXPERIENCE
My previous experience has been wide ranging and extensive in many avenues. From event
management, sponsorship activation, marketing, development, public speaking, to public
relations; this experience allows me to step into a position where I can contribute to the
organizational goals immediately and be a positive face for the organization. I feel my
greatest attribute is the ability to work well in a team environment but also in a self starting,
individual setting.
