2. Introduction
• An investment advisor and licensed attorney, Kyle
Dunphy works with EFG Capital Advisers in Los
Angeles, California. His areas of expertise include wealth
management, tax planning, and international investing.
Kyle Dunphy holds professional membership in
organizations such as the Investment Management
Consultants Association (IMCA).
Founded in 1985, IMCA now includes over 10,000
members across the globe who follow the association's
Code of Professional Responsibility. IMCA not only
holds its members to certain professional standards, it
provides them with educational opportunities such as
conferences.

3. Investment Management Consultants
Association
• In the fall of 2015, IMCA will offer several
conferences. From September 28th to 30th in
Bethesda, Maryland, an Advanced Investment
Strategist Certificate Conference will take place. The
following month, an Advanced Wealth Management
Conference will run from October 19th to 20th in
Chicago. San Francisco will host a Best of IMCA on
October 30th. The 2015 Winter Institute will be held
in Scottsdale, Arizona from December 3rd through
4th.
