2. Introduction
• An accounts receivables management company, United
Receivables Group assists clients from its headquarters
in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Since its founding in 2013,
United Receivables Group has maintained an active
membership in ACA International.
In its efforts to promote ethical standards and best
practices in the credit and collection industry, ACA
International offers members a variety of programs and
events throughout the year. The organization’s largest
event is its Annual Convention and Expo. In 2017, the
convention was held July 16-18 at the Washington
State Convention Center in Seattle.

3. ACA International
• Convention attendees had the opportunity to take part in a
three-day education program comprised of seminars,
discussions, and other sessions on regulatory compliance,
state licensing, client relations, interstate collections, and a
wide range of additional topics. Alongside the learning
activities, the ACA International Annual Convention and
Expo featured special events, including a golf tournament
benefitting ACA’s political administrative fund.
An additional highlight was an exhibit hall that gave
attendees the opportunity to meet with dozens of
companies while exploring the latest industry products and
