Summary of duties and Responsibilities:
 Conduct a Time Release Study recommended by the 10th Northern Corridor Summit of
13th June 2015 held in Kampala
 Customs and borders contacting and visits (Gatuna, Nemba, Rusumo, Cyanika and
Rubavu and Rusizi)
 Identification and mapping of the non-governmental stakeholders involved in the
research
 Facilitating the briefing with the non- governmental stakeholders

 Data gathering for information from different customs
 Making progressive reports
Achievement: draft, develop and production of reports and recommendations for policy makers
in revenue and customs field at East African level.

Summary of duties and Responsibilities:
 Arrangement of field information from all sectors of Nyamagabe district
 Entering data in machine using CS Pro
 Receive and make correction of field information together with local authorities
 Meetings with local authorities for solving queries and claims
 Data analysis and presentation with the Planning unity/ Statistician office
 Making progressive reports to the mayor of district
Achievement: regulation of claims for UBUDEHE categorization and production of efficient
report where 100% of claims were regulated.

Summary of duties and Responsibilities:
 Para surveyor team recruitment and training in Bugesera district, Musenyi and Mayange
sectors
 Sites mapping for land ownership surveying
 Meetings with local community
 Recording daily activities and addressing challenges faced
 Daily reporting to the office of land at district level

Achievement: 98% of land was registered and final official documents were given to the land
owners and 90% of queries and claims were regulated.

3. Acting Agronomist Musenyi sector 2008
Summary of duties and Responsibilities:
 NPK (17-17-17) distribution at cell level
 Train agricultural cooperatives and potential farmers on Integrated Pest Management
 Introduce rice crop in Musenyi sector in collaboration with MINAGRI/ PADABU
 Field supervision on crop intensification program and fertilizers use
 Making progressive reports to the district
 Prepare and present sector incentives in agriculture department
 Evaluation of internees (as it was the period)
Achievement: 25hectares were drained and digged; 5.5% was raised on agricultural production
due to the efficient land use and the use of mineral/modern fertilizers and pest control.
Also 3 agricultural cooperatives were formed and started working legally.
