I have known Krystle Duthil for the past months while she has been Dégagé’s Americorps
Member. I was her Site Supervisor. I have been consistently impressed by Krystle’s
compassion and grace toward our homeless and disadvantaged patrons who visit Dégagé
for services. She has great interpersonal and communication skills which has allowed her
to excel as our Americorps Member.
Krystle has the analytical skills to diagnose problems and devise possible solutions. She is
not easily discouraged and welcomes new challenges with eagerness and a positive
attitude.
