I would like to write a general recommendation for Allison Chance. I have been her
direct supervisor for the last several months and, previous to that, worked closely in
coordination with her before shifting her under my department.
Beyond the obvious professionalism, positive disposition, and friendly demeanor she
brings to the office every day, Allison has an excellent ability to conceptualize
solutions for process-oriented obstacles. She has brought perspective, constructive
critique, and procedure recommendations that will improve productivity in the future
in regards to her current and previous positions.
Allison demonstrates a desire to communicate and adapt to the demands of others.
She helps to mediate and avoid conflict in the work place by focusing on the needs
of other employees and teams. Her reaction to inter-department issues is to work
toward the discovery and implementation of a process that will prevent any
confusion or misunderstanding in the future. Her ability to coordinate and her follow-
through in regards to ongoing projects/issues is impressive.
