14. Red Cross offers Service Hours
Troops and Crews – the Red Cross needs your help!
• The Red Cross installs smoke alarms in poorer
neighborhoods – they are looking for volunteers to
train and do the installs (Service Hours!)
• The Red Cross is willing to offer some classes in
“Hands only” CPR to Troops and Crews at no charge
Leaders – get in touch with The Red Cross if you are
interested in your Troop or Crew helping with installs
of smoke detectors!

• What: Highlander District Day Camp- Fayetteville North
• Who: Registered Scouts in Rising 1st grade-Rising 5th
grade
• Where: St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church,
– 1000 Andrews Road, Fayetteville, NC 28311
• When: June 20-24, 2016
– Monday-Thursday; 8:00 am-4:00 pm (aftercare until
5:30 pm for $6 daily)
– Friday 8:00 am -1:00 pm (no aftercare available)
• Cost: $130 per scout
• Why: To Have FUN! Scouts participate in the following
activity centers:
– Archery, BB, Arts and Crafts, Cooking, Games, STEM,
Webelos specific activities, and more!
• Each scout must bring a water bottle, snack, and lunch.
• REGISTRATION: online only at www.ocscouts.org
