I have operated vessels from Mexico, Pacific coast of USA, Canada, Golf of Alaska (north Pacific) trough out Aleutian Islands, Alaska, far east Russia, Japan, and South Korea as well as in the Iceland and Greenland waters, North Atlantic. 
As an experienced captain/mate vessel operating, research, dredging and fishing experience in icy conditions of 33 years, I have good fishing skills, navigational skills and communications skills in both international and USA waters.
