● The biggest criticism's that his principles of management were created mainly from the point of view of
the top-level managers.
● In conclusion, his principles still have some relevance to the post-capitalistic ideas of management, as
though his ideas were focused specifically on the types of enterprises that existed at the time of writing.

LIMITATION OF THEORY
Management techniques and policies should be adjusted according to
specific circumstances.
Principles of management are not static in nature.
Management is concerned with human element in an organization.
It is still a developing science and its theories have not yet received
universal acceptance.
