This document discusses issues with medical education and healthcare quality in some countries. It notes that in some areas, outdated teaching materials from the 1980s are still used because teachers lack familiarity with newer information and technologies. As a result, 72 patients in one country lost vision due to an injection method eliminated elsewhere. The government had to send patients abroad for treatment due to a lack of qualified doctors. Additionally, overuse of antibiotics has led to resistance, so that none will be effective for diseases in the country within 5 years. Private universities are also criticized for easy degrees and questionable standards. The document calls for worldwide medical exams and retesting of doctors to ensure quality healthcare everywhere.

1. Privacy
Privacy, secrecy, isolation, and sequestration all refer to keeping someoneor somethi
ng protected or hidden from others. Privacy and secrecy areparticularly concernew
with preventing others from knowing about one'sactions,
So many doctors graduate every year but while some universities differ from
another by the quality but still every student considered as a doctor no matter
where they graduate from and when . why this is sometimes violation of human
rights ? you may ask how and why right ? see for yourself .
In some countries which are hard to access the new informations through internet
and they still prefer to use old materials like we have in Iraq. Because the old
doctors that are teaching doesn’t know how to bring new material for studies and
the info belongs to 1980s where they have graduated or finished their master
degree or they are not familiar with foreign languages or even using a computer not
internet isn’t this funny ? No its not as last year 72 patients lost their vision because
of wrong injection which was eliminated in the world but because they didn’t aware
of it , it led to this disaster . then the government sent all the patients to turkey as it
seems they don’t have a right doctor to treat their own people . The government
itself doesn’t believe in their own health care system they go outside for treatment .
lets talk about another problem , since 1980s every doctor uses antibiotics like
chocolate or nuts , till we came to a limit where in next 5 years none of the existing
antibiotics will cure any diseases in Iraq ,they relaised this when Usa invaded Iraq
in 2003 where when a soldier where got injured none of the antibiotics where
working because the bacterial infections were mutated to the drugs before . why
this happens and who is responsible? Well the factor doesn’t seem to be local . since
we have same problems in the high educated countries in Asia but this time not
because of the lack of knowledge by accessing materials but by private universities
where education become really easy and careless by who they are graduating or
what did they teach them before giving that degree as this is a statement of the dean
of Haybusak university “ congratulations to the new graduates and I wonder that
some of you doesn’t deserve that diploma “ isn’t this a disaster ? you are responsible
of them and you say you wonder ? how funny is the things are now these days
human lives become as cheap as a diploma paper . we have some poor countries
where there is really a good education but not moral which they pass students by
bribe this is more due to low rated living qualities just like India and phlipines ..etc
We should take care of this serious issue not as a game or money or an expired food
but it led to lose so many lives than saving and its time to make quality insurance of
every student in the end by making a one World united medical exams before any
student could graduate anywhere regardless of the place they should do the test
equally to make everyone in same level and test again the old doctors with old
knowledge or forgotten ones to be sure of the quality of what are you offering for
health system in any place of the world .
