How can cities grow without sacrificing the
quality of life?
How can we ensure that healthcare
is both excellent and affordable?
How can we make manufacturing more flexible,
efficient and competitive?

Siemens Bulgaria as a pioneer in sustainability
Sustainability is a buzzword used in many different
contexts. We at Siemens don’t just talk about
sustainability. We’ve made the three areas of
sustainable development – environment, business
and society – the cornerstone of all our activities.
We believe that profitability has to go hand in hand
with compliance with laws and regulations, and a
sense of responsibility toward our employees and the
environment. For this reason, we have established
clear guidelines for employee conduct in these areas.
For Siemens, sustainability means acting
responsibly on behalf of future generations to
achieve economic, environmental and social
progress. As our suppliers play a crucial role in our
sustainability-oriented value chain, Siemens expects
them also to demonstrate a strong commitment to
sustainability.
