Brazil to the east, Chile to the south, Colombia, and
Ecuador to the north and Bolivia to the southeast of
Peru.
Stretches approximately 1500 miles along the pacific
ocean .
Peru is five-sixths the size of Alaska with a population
size of 27 million people.
Divided into three different areas. To the west of Peru,
there is a coastline which is 50 to 100 miles of land.
The mountain area has peaks over 20,000 feet high, and
valleys in the middle of Peru. To the east beyond the
mountains, there are a lot of forested slopes leading to
the Amazon plains.
