Who owns the Milwaukee Skyline?
• With four buildings - representing over 1.7 million square feet of Skyline space and $380M of investment
in Milwaukee - trading hands over the past two years, it would seem that Milwaukee has sparked outside
investment interest. In fact, with the exception of the Milwaukee Center purchase earlier this year, these
buyers have been based out of state – such as Fulcrum Asset Advisors (Chicago) and The Farbman
Group’s (Michigan) purchases of 250 E Wisconsin and 111 E Wisconsin, respectively. This has left a
local ownership presence (in square feet) of just 30%, as firms looking for potential set their sights on
Milwaukee.
