SECTION 1: PROGRAM OVERVIEW
PURPOSE AND GOAL:
The program is designed to provide learners with task-based knowledge on Executive Assistant skills
PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:
After completing this program, learners will be able to properly execute the skills required of an executive assistant
in a typical business settings
INSTRUCTIONAL GOALS:
After successful completion of the Executive Assistant Certification Program, the learner should exhibit:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. Professional and Courteous Behavior
3. Properly handle sensitive and confidential information and documents
4. Demonstrate good collaboration skills
5. Proper computer skills
6. Proper organization skills
7. Initiate independent work
8. Handle project management assignments
9. Supervise, train and coordinate tasks of subordinates ( new and old employees)
10. Understand values and goals and needs of company and executives
11. Set executive daily agenda
12. Set business meeting agenda
13. Handle visitor accommodations
14. Execute market research, prepare statistical reports and review reports
INTENDED AUDIENCE:
The intended audience for this training are veterans returning from active duty.
LEARNING ENVIRONMENT:
Each eLearning module will be designed to be taken as a stand-alone self-paced task-based learning experience.
These modules will be part of a blended learning environment. In addition to the computer based modules there
will be guided practice, skill building exercises and role plays and job aids
