UNLEASH YOUR GREATEST SUPERPOWER: PEOPLE
Kimberly believes that when people are the focus, greatness can be
achieved no matter what obstacles are present. She has spent nearly
a decade nurturing and unleashing the talents of others; first with
adolescents as a part of youth advocacy groups, then later with
organizations globally through her work at FranklinCovey Co.
Drawing from her experience in corporate marketing, sales,
organizational development, and psychology, Kimberly has developed
custom programs on a variety of topics which she delivers at
collegiate institutions and organizations locally. Her sessions are
designed to be interactive and engaging, with a focus on group
discovery.
Kimberly’s facilitation style has been described as effervescent and
warm as she emphasizes creating a high-trust learning environment
to enable courageous discussion and growth.
Kimberly currently resides in Salt Lake City, UT. In her free time, she
can be found singing in bands and groups around the Wasatch Front,
crafting jewelry, or catching up on bad sci-fi with her husband, Lance,
and two bleu crème kitties.
