• Evaluating the set standards of Exams and re-setting the same to establish and enhance the credibility of
Exams of Corporate and Public Sectors, in the country and abroad.
• Making arrangements through out the country to conduct Exams, twice a in a year, of Corporate and
Public Sectors.
• Developing viable functional plans for Training and Administration of Exam Discipline.
• Managing and administering the whole Exam Department as Director Exams.

Served Professional Technical Training Institute (PTTI), in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The key assignments included
to establish Business Studies discipline and Training of Staff, as far as administering the department was concerned.
Deputy HOD and Founding Member, 1995 - 2000
Served Yanbu Industrial College, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the above capacity. The key
responsibilities were:
• Designed a Feasibility Study Questionnaire (FSQ) to carry out a survey in the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia to establish a Department of Business Studies at Yanbu Industrial College in Yanbu city. This is
the largest Engineering College in Northern Province. It has five major disciplines namely, Mechanical
Engg, Chemical Engg, Electrical Engg, Computer Engg, General Sciences and 6th
one is Business
Studies, which we established during 1995-1996. This College was established by the Royal Commission
under the expert guidance and supervision of American Accreditation Body, 1988.
• Drafted a Feasibility Report for the perusal and approval of the College Management to start the
department in 1996.
• Designed and developed course structure for three specialization programs, namely, Office
Management, Materials Management and Accounting & Finance Management, 1997, as per
standards of accreditation body of USA, as one of the Founder Members.
• Designed, developed and conducted Training programs for Saudi American Refinery (SAMREF),
Saudi Arabian Business Industry Community (SABIC), and Royal Commission, at College for different
levels of Management - short and long duration, in various disciplines.
