Training &Development Department Philosophy
Vision: Educational Role Model Teacher…Role Model Student.. Educational Role Model &
Cooperative parent.
Mission:Training and Development department is the framework for helping Teachers to develop
their personal and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities for helping students to build their
character, skills ,knowledge, devotions and expertise upon an Islamic Background, not only that but
also to provide parents with knowledge &Experiences Now all of us “school parent student “will be in
the same culture and the same track to achieve our major Islamic goal.
Value:Modern thought….. Firm planning …….Integrated environment
Objectives: The relationship between school, parents, and student can be defined in as “Golden Triangle”
School:
The first part of the triangle, school, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a school system and
for the all-important duty of teaching. The mission of Dar Luqman Al Hakeem International School is
to provide students with a quality Islamic education that allows for the academic, social, moral,
physical, spiritual and intellectual growth and development of the child within a modern, scientific,
academic program of studies which promotes creative talents and critical thinking skills.
Parents:
The second components of the triangle are parents, who have the unique ability to influence their
child’s success or failure. They play the lead role in providing the emotional support that children of all
ages require to be successful in both school and life. However, just as there are some teachers who
need extra support and professional development to reach their fullest potential, many parents do not
start out as experts in child development. We all acknowledge that there is no absolute “right way” to
raise a child, and so we need to look for suggestions, advice, and most importantly, the experience of
being supported.
Students
The students are the ones who witness teachers every day. They move through the curriculum every
year. They live the policies put into place by schools and experience the very best and worst that each
school system has to offer. Does it not make sense to get feedback from the students on what is
working and what isn’t?.

Behavioral methodsare more of giving practical training to the trainees. The various methods under
Behavioral approach allow the trainee to behavior in a real fashion. These methods are best used for
skill development
